Terms & Condition

> First come first serve. Queue based.
> Commissions are for personal use only.
> I strongly prohibit my commissions are being used for NFT or being fed to a generative AI.
> Full payment can be done after approving the sketch. Payment via BCA/shopeepay for local, and PayPal/Ko-fi for international.
> Please do not refund after paying for the sketch.
> Major revisions can only be made during sketching. Max revision is 3 time (rough sketch and linework+base color). Beyond that, revision will be charged starting from 10k IDR / $5.
> Commission takes +-2-4 week to be done, it may take longer depends on type and complexity, queue and my rl schedule. Please do not rush me to finish it quickly for I want to give my best in the piece. Please do tell me if you have a deadline for the commission (maximum ~2 months before).
> I have the rights to decline your order if i'm uncomfortable or i'm not able to do it.
> I might charge extra fees for complicated character design.
> Please provide clear visual references and details about your character. Pose preferences also required (so i will not draw them too out of character).
> Following previous point, I will have to decline any base pose references, as many of them being probihited for commission purpose.
> I will post your commission on my portofolio once I'm done, please tell me if you don't want me to post it. Private commissions that are not going to be shown publicly are going to be charged x2 from total price.
> I don't watermark my commissions, but please do credit me with my twitter handle shiromate_w (don't tag me!) when you're posting it online. Thank you!

Illustration Painting
My usual rendered style. It is a painted, fully rendered illustration. Best for a spread illustration or for a neat rendered look.Bust Up 180k IDR / $45

Illustration Sketch Pages
•Light and Dark•
A sketchy illustration style. It is a lot messier than the rendered illustration one. Contain many textured brushes. Color palette are leaning to pastel and or muted colors. The drawing will be sketchy so don't expect a neat soft render. While it has two ambience; light page or dark page, the price will be the same, as the ambience is just for aesthetic overall look of the painting only. Best for a dark, or gloomy, or dreamy or colored pencil-like fairy tale illustration.Bust Up 150k IDR / $40

Full Body 350k IDR / $75

Portrait Painting
Painted so it looked just like a portrait painting. It makes your character looked like a painting. Painted by hand without the help of lineart, it may makes the drawing looked blurry. Background can only be black. Color palette especially darker ones might be tinkered with, so it would not clash with the dark background. Best for a mysterious and painting like look. Currently only available for headshot and bust up.Headshot 100k IDR / $30
